Get your Will as soon as possible

The COVID-19 crisis has led many to consider whether they should get a Will done or update their current Will.

If you do not have a Will then it is important to have one drafted. Without a Will, your assets are distributed according to the Intestacy Laws. This means your estate may go to people you do not want it too. It could also lead to unnecessary inheritance tax.

Why make a Will?

  1. Ensure the right people inherit;
  2. Reduce your inheritance tax liability;
  3. Set guardians for your children;
  4. Avoid arguments after you die;
  5. Include charity legacies and gifts of valuable items to individuals; and
  6. Choose the right people to execute your estate.
