Biography

Diane is a Senior Legal Consultant for Farani Taylor Solicitors. She has over 6 years of experience in Immigration and Family law. Since starting at the firm, she has also dealt with complex litigation cases.

Diane advises clients through education; providing details of the law and the options available. If a case has no merit, then she would inform the client appropriately with an explanation as to why.

Diane is passionate and diligent with her work. She is particularly interested in assisting the vulnerable. Therefore, she has links with several Arabic charities helping the marginal to achieve their aims.

Diane has a large Arabic client base having built a large network within the Arabic community in the UK.

Immigration Law

Diane has dealt with a substantial quantity of immigration matters concerning Nationality, EEA citizens, Asylum, Leave to Remain applications, PBS, JR proceedings, and appeal matters.

She is well known within the Algerian community in the UK, as she has helped many to achieve leave to remain on the basis of their private life.

Diane has significant experience in applying for Adult Dependent Relative Visas. She enjoys helping the vulnerable achieve and focuses the application on their strengths rather than their vulnerabilities.

Family Law

Diane is currently dealing with complex family matters that require child arrangement orders, prohibited steps orders, and financial settlements. She helps her clients navigate divorce or separation in a sensitive manner.

She has helped client's to work towards the best outcome for the family putting the children first.

Litigation

Previously, Diane worked in the UAE advising clients in litigation matters. She is familiar with UAE law and helps assist our clients based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. She has helped clients to settle complex and challenging disputes.
