Mr Ehsan Chughtai is a senior transactional lawyer. He holds a Masters degree in Law from England and is practising as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court (England & Wales) in the UK since 2005. He also holds a licence to practise as an Advocate of the High Court in Pakistan.
Mr Chughtai is a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales as well as the Law Society of the Republic of Ireland.
He has received professional training in International Commercial Arbitration and Share Purchase Agreements held in the Republic of Ireland and Dubai, as well as in property matters including real estate and mortgages in the UK. He has also received training/practice diploma in International Business Organisations offered by the College of Law in England and Wales in association with the International Bar Association.
Mr Chughtai has extensive experience in transactional matters, contract/corporate insolvency and commercial law, merger and acquisitions, share purchase agreements, commercial leases, bank securities (residential and commercial), shariah mortgages, leasehold or strata titles, and franchise agreements, etc.
He also delivers lectures to students of LLM (Commercial Law) in London.
