Ehtisham is an Associate Solicitor specialising in residential and commercial property. He has over five years’ progressive real estate experience and acts for private clients, property investors, developers, corporate entities, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders.
He advises on acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and secured lending, commercial leases, development transactions, auction purchases, leasehold matters and complex title issues. His experience includes transactions funded by conventional mortgages, bridging finance, development finance and Islamic property finance.
Ehtisham takes a commercially focused and practical approach, with particular emphasis on identifying title and transactional issues at an early stage, explaining complex matters clearly and progressing transactions efficiently while protecting his clients’ interests.
