AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

Sajjad’s practice reflects Farani Taylor’s client-centred ethos. He works across four core areas: Corporate and Private Immigration, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Global Citizenship and Residency Programmes.

Immigration Law: Private and Business

Sajjad represents clients across a broad range of UK immigration matters. On the private side, he advises on spouse visas, private life applications, long residence cases, and discretionary leave applications. He brings a practical and compassionate approach to personal immigration cases, many of which carry real emotional weight, including appeals and administrative reviews.

For corporate clients, Sajjad advises businesses on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, Innovator Founder routes, Global Talent visas, and Home Office compliance. He supports employers through the full lifecycle of sponsoring migrant workers, covering sponsorship duties, right to work checks, and audit preparation.

Corporate and Commercial Law

Sajjad advises businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients on a range of transactional and advisory matters. His corporate practice includes company formations, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, and corporate restructuring. He also drafts and reviews commercial contracts, consultancy agreements, partnership agreements, and service agreements tailored to each client’s commercial objectives.

With a practical understanding of how businesses operate, Sajjad provides clear legal guidance on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial risk. He regularly works with SMEs, start-ups, and established companies looking for reliable legal support as they grow, restructure, or enter new markets.

Conveyancing: Residential and Commercial

Sajjad acts for individuals on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build acquisitions. His straightforward communication style and efficiency are valued by first-time buyers and experienced property investors alike.

He also handles a growing commercial property caseload, advising landlords, tenants, and business owners on commercial lease negotiations and renewals, lease assignments and surrenders, business purchases and sales, and Land Registry and title matters. Sajjad takes pride in delivering timely, risk-aware legal support that helps clients complete transactions smoothly and protect their long-term interests.

Global Citizenship and Residency-by-Investment

Sajjad advises high-net-worth individuals and families on citizenship-by-investment and residency programmes, with a particular focus on the Caribbean and Portugal. He provides strategic guidance on programme eligibility, application preparation, and due diligence for St. Kitts and Nevis, Grenada, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Lucia, and the Portugal Golden Visa and other EU residency options.
