Sajjad Hussain is a Solicitor at Farani Taylor Solicitors with a practice spanning Corporate and Private Immigration, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Global Citizenship and Residency Programmes. He takes a calm, client-focused approach to legal work, providing practical advice across cross-border and domestic matters alike.
Sajjad joined the firm as a Paralegal and qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in October 2024. His progression from Paralegal to Solicitor reflects both his commitment to the profession and the trust placed in him by the firm. Commercial awareness, close attention to detail, and a genuine interest in his clients’ outcomes have made him an integral part of the legal team at Farani Taylor.
Sajjad is currently enrolled on the Notarial Practice Course at University College London (UCL), working towards qualification as a Notary Public. He supports employers through the full lifecycle of sponsoring migrant workers, covering sponsorship duties, right to work checks, and audit preparation.
Corporate and Commercial Law

His corporate practice includes company formations, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, and corporate restructuring. Global Citizenship and Residency-by-Investment
Sajjad advises high-net-worth individuals and families on citizenship-by-investment and residency programmes, with a particular focus on the Caribbean and Portugal.
