Sana qualified as a Solicitor Advocate in 2019; her extensive experience and unique ability to quickly grasp a broad spectrum of law is truly exceptional. Sana’s legal practice covers a variety of areas including Family, Immigration, Crime and Residential/Commercial Conveyancing.

Sana has been awarded with Higher Rights of Audience which enables her to represent client’s in the Senior Civil and Criminal Courts throughout England and Wales; an attribute which undoubtedly enhances her professional capabilities.

Family Law

With a particular interest in cases that have an international element, Sana has experience in matters concerning Forced Marriage and International Child Abduction. She is experienced in representing individuals who have been subject to Domestic Abuse and has a broad range of experience in both Private and Public Children cases entailing Child Arrangement (contact and residence) disputes.
Sana’s eye to detail has further been appreciated whilst dealing with Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements and complex Financial matters arising from Divorce. Her combined background of Family and Immigration ensures that she is able to deliver an all-round quality service, whether the case requires skilful and effective negotiation or necessary litigation.

Immigration

Sana further has a wide range of experience in both Immigration and Nationality matters, including Entry Clearance, Points-Based, EEA, Appendix FM, Settlement, Discretionary Leave applications and cases including allegations of TOIEC deception successfully challenged at the Court of Appeal. She also has a keen interest in complex Immigration matters including Human Rights based applications and cases on appeal.

Criminal Law

To compliment Sana’s vast area of expertise, she has experience in dealing with a wide variety of Criminal cases from Road Traffic offences to complex high-net Money Laundering, Proceeds of Crime and Confiscation proceedings dealt with at Court of Appeal level. She often advises early in an investigation. Sana aims where possible to avoid criminal charges and either secure no further action or alternative disposal. Sana has been commended on her considerate approach, whilst being committed to tackling difficult legal issues. She is meticulous in her case preparation to ensure the best result.

Residential and Commercial Conveyancing

Alongside her extensive experience within Family, Immigration and Crime, Sana has dealt with Sale and Purchase of Residential and Commercial Properties including Transfer of Equity, Re-Mortgages and Lease Extensions. Sana provides her clients with the highest standard of legal service at all times and provides regular updates throughout every stage of the conveyancing process.
