Established by Farhan Farani and with the help of Peter Taylor, the firm was set-up to support the local community. Initially with immigration advice and quickly expanding to provide a full suite of legal services.

As a central London law firm with offices in Ilford, Norbury & Wimbledon, we work both nationally and internationally, across a wide range of challenging and exciting cases. Many of our lawyers are multi-lingual, allowing us to help our clients in foreign business environments around the world.

Farani Taylor Solicitors was built by Farhan Farani, and he has built a multi-faceted firm with experts in all areas of law.

From humble beginnings…

Farhan was a barrister specialising in commercial matters. He was approached multiple times by his local community requesting advice on various areas of law, as there is a common misconception that lawyers are general practitioners. However, Farhan realised that he could help these people get the advice they needed from his legal network. With the help of Peter Taylor came the birth of Farani Taylor Solicitors.

Farhan built a practice to support these clients and used his connections and network to grow the firm. Opening offices in Central London and Ilford, we have gone from strength to strength through the years.

Although, many have considered us Immigration specialists, we have built a full suite of legal services. This includes having large introducer arrangements for estate planning, being on the panel of most lenders in the UK, having a large family department helping beleaguered navigate divorces and much more.

Over the past ten years we have worked tirelessly to build on the foundation laid by Farhan and have recruited legal professionals who share in his vision.

We invest in our staff and have the tools to deliver high quality legal advice and services to our clients.

The future looks great, and we are moving on to bigger and better things.

Here at Farani Taylor, we have helped our clients navigate through the pandemic, whether it is a business putting in policies to cover changes of working patterns to those purchasing their first home. Our experts have been there to ease the legal angst. Although the country is back to a resemblance of normal we still have advanced significantly.

What is new?

The firm has implemented new technologies and systems to keep up with adapting working environment. Our staff effortlessly adapted to clients’ needs through video conferencing, email and teleservices. It was apparent that professional services were moving down this route and Farani Taylor wanted to be at the forefront of the legal services movement.

People have less time but still have the same need for legal services. By us utilising video conferencing we managed to maintain personal element while decreasing the time our clients needed to take out of their day.

Further, we are taking messages out to our clients through our new website and our busy social pages. Our experts have had more time to donate to drawing our clients and followers’ attention to the key legal changes and news.

The firm believes in providing a sustainable future for all and is working to become Carbon Neutral by the end of 2022.

The pandemic has given businesses everywhere the time to reflect on their social responsibility in providing a stronger tomorrow for the next generations. The new hybrid way people are working in the City has already helped to reduce London’s footprint. However, more is needed.

Farani Taylor want to lead by example and help London to be carbon neutral by 2030. Some of this work has already been done by using cutting edge technology and applications to reduce the need for our clients and our employees to travel.

We have decided to take the step to calculate our carbon footprint and implement measures that reduce our emissions to attain carbon neutral accreditation as PAS 2060. We plan to implement more measures to support our commitment to decarbonisation of our office.

Further, we are attempting to reduce the paper use of the office by going a close to paperless as possible. We are setting limits on printing and expect staff to use the technology available.

Our staff are encouraged to use public transport and walk to our office rather than drive.
