Selin began her career in Human Resources in 2024 at a boutique law firm. Since then, she has gained experience across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and supporting the employee lifecycle. She has developed a strong understanding of the importance of providing a people-focused HR service while ensuring processes are handled efficiently and in line with company policies and employment legislation.Selin is currently completing her CIPD Level 5 qualification, further developing her knowledge and expertise within the HR profession. She is also fluent in both English and Turkish.
