His expertise is in residential property, guiding clients through the legal technicalities involved in Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases and negotiation of commercial leases.
Lease Extensions and Collective Enfranchisement
Sulman has experience in the niche specialist area of lease extensions and enfranchisement, preparing initial notices for extending a clients lease and acquiring the freehold from the Freeholder. He can effectively advise clients on this complex area of law, both under the 1993 Housing and Urban Development Act and Voluntary Lease Extensions. He has also advised Landlords in the alternative on their reversionary interest.
