An exciting opportunity has just become available for a property solicitor to join us at our Head Office in Central London.
Ideally you will have had at least 3 years post qualification experience in a similar role at a reputed law firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring property lawyer to join and contribute towards shaping a dynamic conveyancing department.
We would expect the candidate to be familiar with using case management systems.
The candidate should have experience with all aspects of conveyancing from the beginning to the end. They should be able to deal with purchases, sales, transfers/assents, new builds, plot sales, help-to-buy, new leases, drafting of deeds, mortgages including equity release and commercial lettings.
The successful applicant will be required to handle their own case load, while forming and continuing existing relationships with introducers such as local estate agents, financial advisers, mortgage brokers and others.
